A Senior Executive, Jim was in charge of the corporation’s global
management information system. Jim experienced many cultures with
Exxon, lived for seven years in London, and still owns a flat in England.
Jim is enjoying a successful second career as a top producing Realtor,
with sales of over $25M per annum. He supports his clientele with
40 years of experience in marketing, negotiation, finance, sales,
and information technology. Jim is a licensed Florida Real Estate
Broker, a Certified International Property Specialist, and a member
of the National Association of Estate Agents. |

Nicholas Churton, CIPS

Nick Churton has been immersed in the UK residential
property market for 35 years. After training in  London
he went on to become a partner of a 26 office estate agency firm in
England's Home Counties. In 1995 Nick set up Mayfair Office Ltd. which
now represents 350 estate agency offices throughout the UK. From his
office in Grosvenor Square, next to the US embassy, he handles property
public relations and marketing, giving his clients deep insight into
the UK's property market and unique access to the UK's property press.
Today, with a growing list of global clients, Nick offers overseas
