Sarasota Waterfront Estate Sells For $4.45 Million
A waterfront estate on Sarasota’s Siesta Key sold recently
for $4.45 million. The distinctive bayside property, located on
Midnight Pass Road, was both listed and sold by Kim & Michael
Ogilvie, of Mayfair International Realty affiliates, Michael
Saunders & Company. In 2010, the Ogilvie’s were the
firm’s top-producing team for the fifth time in the past
seven years.
Built in 2002 and set on 1.5 acres of lush mature landscape, the
distinctive 5,727 square-foot home exudes traditional southern
charm and luxurious old world detailing. It fronts Little Sarasota
Bay and is reached via a winding paver drive that meanders through

past the pond and rose garden. It ends in a circular drive before
the homes imposing front entry.
