100 ACRES SET ASIDE FOR GENERATIONS OF FUTURE RHODE ISLANDERS

Building upon their exceptional representation of unique properties, Lila Delman Real Estate International announces the sale of 103 acres to the Prudence Conservancy and the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management. This property will be known as The Eugene Chase Farm and shall remain undisturbed. It will be added to the 800 acres of conservation land on Prudence Island that already exists.

Melanie Delman, President of Lila Delman Real Estate commented on the recent sale. “We are extremely excited to be part of this special sale. The land will be preserved in perpetuity and will remain "as is" for all current and future generations to enjoy.”

This record sale encompassing 150 feet of pristine shoreline and private beach represents the highest vacant land sale in Portsmouth in the past 24 months. Lila Delman Real Estate International was both the listing and selling company. Erica Gregg represented the seller and facilitated for the buyers in the transaction.

“I appreciated the unique opportunity to sell such a large, pristine parcel of land on unspoiled Prudence Island, and I’m so pleased that the State of Rhode Island and its partners in this transaction will preserve this rare property for the use and enjoyment of generations to come,” said Erica Gregg.
