Andonia Kleopoulos Parlapanides joins Dale Sorensen Real Estate

Dale Sorensen Real Estate (DSRE) is pleased to announce that Andonia Kleopoulos Parlapanides has joined the company’s team of real estate professionals.  Parlapanides, who has been a licensed real estate sales agent for 16 years, specializes in luxury waterfront properties.

Originally from New Jersey, Parlapanides moved to the area 16 years ago after driving from the Florida Keys to Orlando one week.  “We drove through Vero Beach and fell in love with it,” Parlapanides said.  “This was exactly the lifestyle and type of community I wanted my kids to grow up in.  It’s a small community but has a great education system, wonderful cultural opportunities and a variety of sports, especially watersports.  It’s a perfect place to raise children.”

Parlapanides, who came from a national financial firm, chose to join DSRE because of the training, continuing education and support.  “I love working here at Dale Sorensen Real Estate.  The marketing and support system is fantastic. With 6 offices and over 200 agents, we are able to showcase our listings to a huge market of potential buyers.  In addition, we have more properties to show our buyers, making it even easier to help them find their dream home.”

She also has a unique opportunity to showcase her own clients’ properties.  With family in the movie and music industry, she is able to connect with celebrities in Hollywood, Los Angeles and the Hamptons.  “Vero Beach is the perfect retreat community for celebrities.  They love being able to come here and eat out, shop, and attend concerts and shows with virtual anonymity.”  Parlapanides also writes real estate articles for two magazines, 25A Magazine and the Hamptons Luxury Home Magazine.

Parlapanides, who is a graduate of Notre Dame, has firm roots based in a hard work ethic.  “My parents came over on the boat from Greece and through hard work, made a wonderful life for themselves and their children. I believe in hard work, and a high level of integrity and honesty, all characters I was raised with.”

She also believes in giving back to the community through charitable work and volunteers with Hibiscus Children’s Center and at her church.

Parlapanides can be reached at 772.559.8681 or by email at akleopoulos@sorensenrealestate.com.  She can also be reached at the company’s Grand Harbor office located at 1221 Marina Drive, Vero Beach, FL 32967.
