The property—located at 5030 Gulf of Mexico Drive—was listed by Richard Perlman, an agent with the Longboat Key South office of Michael Saunders & Company. It was sold by Kary Andrews, of Bayshore Real Estate.

“Bayside Villa,” as the property is known, is entered through an iron gate then approached by a circular drive that winds through lush gardens.
