Casey Key Home Sells For $2.275 Million

PROPERTY IS THE KEY’S FIFTH TO SELL THIS YEAR
A gulf-to-bay residence on North Casey Key sold recently for $2.275 million.
Located at 740 North Casey Key Road, the property—known as Casa de Blanco—was both listed and sold by Deborah Beacham, an agent with the Longboat Key South office of Mayfair International Realty members Michael Saunders & Company.
The home, whose list price was $2.749 million, enjoys over 3,800 square feet of air conditioned space, with two en suite bedrooms on the ground level; and a master suite that occupies the entire second floor. With spaces designed to take maximum advantage of the home’s dramatic Gulf of Mexico views, the exterior includes a ground level front terrace, a second-floor balcony and a cantilevered deck with fireplace on the home’s north side. Also gracing the meticulously landscaped environs are a swimming pool, pool casita and a private dock accessing deep water boating.
Casa de Blanco, whose charms are abundant throughout its Santa Fe-inspired interiors, is the fourth sale of a single-family home on Casey Key thus far this year. All four properties were listed by Michael Saunders & Company, with three of the listings brought in by Ms. Beacham, who also found buyers for two of the sold properties. A fifth Casey Key property, a vacant parcel, also sold this year.
The sale of 740 North Casey Key Road along with the February 18th sale of 1900 Casey Key Road—for $2.94 million—represent the two highest selling single-family homes on Casey Key thus far this year. Ms. Beacham listed and sold both properties.
