More than three dozen Chase International agents gathered last month to elevate their business to the luxury level at a seminar held by the Chase Luxe division. The event was led by Georgia Chase and Mike Dunn and featured some of the company’s most successful and experienced agents.
The all-day session was held at a new home in the Chalets at Montreux and covered the topics of how to find luxury buyers and sellers, the demographics of today’s luxury client and how to build long-lasting relationships. Agents were also further introduced to the resources the company provides to establish and build luxury clientele. Chase is a longstanding member of Luxury Portfolio, Mayfair International Realty, Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, and the Artisan Group.
With the sale of million-dollar homes jumping 247 percent in the Reno-Sparks area in the past year, Chase is making a concerted effort to meet the needs of the growing luxury market. According to Donna Spear, who spoke at the training, more and more buyers are looking for high-end homes that are move-in ready.
“Luxury is here in Reno,” Spear said. “We’ve seen the sale of 53 homes over $1 million in the first quarter, so we’re already having a record-breaking year. It’s a rapidly-growing market and we’re honing all our skills in order to deliver the best service possible and comprehensively meet the needs of our clients.”
