Chase International Announces Clear Creek Listings

Chase Wins Sales Contract to Exclusive Private Community

Chase International was recently selected to be the exclusive listing firm for Clear Creek Tahoe. The luxury private community features stunning views of Carson Valley and is a short distance to Lake Tahoe and Heavenly ski resort. Set on over 2,000 acres of forest, Clear Creek offers 384 home sites ranging in size from half an acre to nearly five. Lots in the gated community range from $225,000 to $1.75 million.

The properties at Clear Creek Tahoe preserve the natural intimacy of the Humboldt-Toiyabe National Forest—with over half of the land placed in a permanent conservation easement. One of the residents most prized amenities is Twin Pines, a Julia Morgan-designed home on the shores of South Lake Tahoe.
