Chase International's comprehensive website was recently ranked among the Top Ten Community sites by REAL Trends, a source of news, analysis, and information on the residential brokerage industry.
ChaseInternational.com came in at number six for the 2017 rankings. The community category recognizes websites that provide quick searches for towns and communities, making it easier for visitors to find specific information. Landing pages successfully provide emotional insight on each community, such as amenities, average home prices, market data, imagery, facts, maps and lifestyle.
"A website is often the first interaction a client has with a real estate business,” said Steve Murray, president of REAL Trends. “It's important that it be clear, attractive and easy to use. It is a valuable tool to be able to benchmark one's own website efforts with their peers."
REAL Trends web consultants reviewed nearly 700 residential real estate websites in six categories: Best Mobile Experience, Best Use of Video, Best Community Pages, Best Property Detail Pages, Best Design, and Best Overall.
