Dale Sorensen Real Estate (DSRE) is pleased to announce that Cindy Forstall has joined the company’s team of real estate professionals. Forstall has been a licensed Florida Real Estate agent since 2010.

Forstall moved to the Space Coast from Pensacola, where she attended Pensacola State College, earning a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Bank Management.  After more than 30 years in the banking industry, she brings with her a wealth of financial expertise.  That expertise allows her to help her clients understand the complex financial details of home buying and selling.  Her experience and talents also helps her to effectively negotiate on behalf of her clients. 

“I absolutely love the complexities of the real estate industry,” Forstall said.  “And I love being able to make this sometime difficult process of purchasing or selling a home, easier for my clients.”

Forstall also believes in the power of marketing and networking.  As part of the Dale Sorensen Real Estate team, she is able to take advantage of the innovative and exclusive marketing opportunities provided for her clients.  “At Dale Sorensen Real Estate, we have a local, national and global strategy to market our clients’ properties.  This affords us the ability to get our listings in front of a larger market of buyers.  That is one of the reasons I chose to join the team here at DSRE.”

Forstall has been an active member of the local community, having been on the board of or a committee member of dozens of local charitable and business organizations, including The Greater Palm Bay Chamber of Commerce, Honor America, Florida Kiwanis, Kiwanis Club of Melbourne, Melbourne Art Festival, and Big Brother Big Sisters. 

Her hobbies include golf, going to the beach, and spending time with her husband and beloved pets.
