Boyd is a Licensed Florida Realtor® who has a unique set of skills and experience that are a definite asset to his customers.  With a Master’s Degree in Engineering, he is extremely adept at comprehension of contracts, understanding numbers, performing comps, and reviewing the market place.  As a property investor himself, he excels at analyzing investment opportunities and return on investments and is well versed in the investor’s point of view (ROI, cash on cash return, cap rates, interest rates, rehab, etc.). Boyd manages an Airbnb property so he is especially knowledgeable in the short-term rental investing space. Boyd is very resourceful and able to gather any info needed on a property and analyze its potential to the highest and best use.  Boyd’s passion is helping other people achieve their life’s biggest real estate goals and achieve investment/wealth building in the process.

Because of his experience in engineering, he is extremely comfortable with technology, computers, spreadsheets, and running numbers. With excellent communication skills and a high level of empathy, he is expert at negotiations.  All these skills allow him to better serve his customers and make for a seamless real estate process.

Boyd specializes in beachside Luxury Residential, Vacant Land, Short-Term Rentals, and Investment Properties in Melbourne Beach, Indialantic, Indian Harbor Beach, Satellite Beach, and Cocoa Beach.

Boyd is originally from Fallston, Maryland but, with a love of the beaches, moved to Melbourne to attend college. Adopting Melbourne as his hometown, Boyd is excited to be a part of the new growth and opportunities that the community has to offer.  In his free time, Boyd loves surfing, traveling abroad for surf trips, fitness, soccer, playing guitar, and spending time with friends and family.  A lifelong learner, he is currently working on obtaining all the certifications available through Leading RE Institute.
