Dale Sorensen Real Estate Purchases Building in Indialantic

Mayfair International Realty members, Dale Sorensen Real Estate is pleased to announce the purchase of a building in the Indialantic community in Brevard County.  The building is located at 436 Fifth Avenue, and was previously the site of the Danish Furniture Store for the past 30+ years.  Located on the southeastern side of Brevard County, east of the Intracoastal Waterway, the building is approximately 18,000 square feet and will be partly occupied by Dale Sorensen Real Estate while the remaining portion of the building will be leased.  The office is the first DSRE office located outside of Indian River County.

Dale Sorensen, Jr., Managing Partner at DSRE, said the building is currently undergoing renovation but should be complete by Mid-March.  “This is a fantastic location, just steps from the ocean and located directly on Fifth Avenue,” Sorensen, Jr. said.  “It’s minutes from historic downtown Melbourne, I-95 and the community of Viera.  Yet it’s maintained its quaint seaside community feel.  The building itself is beautiful with a large amount of space, perfect for several offices and conference rooms.  We’ll definitely be able to grow here.” The investment of such a large building underscores the company’s commitment of becoming a long-time member of the Indialantic and Brevard County communities.

The office will be managed by local Real Estate Broker David Omler.  The company, intent on hiring locally, will continue their tradition of providing their sales agents the most innovative sales and marketing tools and techniques.  The company has a reputation for investing heavily in unique marketing opportunities for the agents and their clients.  For more information about the office in Indialantic, call 321.723.9990.
