Sales agents and staff at Dale Sorensen Real Estate (DSRE) understand the importance of education for young students, and they realize that not every student attending school in Indian River County have the means to get the supplies they need for school. The DSRE Annual Back-to-School-Drive helps give these students backpacks, pencils, pens, crayons, notebooks, folders, paper and school uniforms and more so they can focus on learning and not worry about where the basic supplies are going to come from.

"Every child deserves an education and we are proud to give kids the needed school supplies to better handle their workload and succeed academically," said Dale Sorensen Jr. "Each of us at DSRE believes in making a difference our community, especially families and children. Local philanthropy is something we are committed to everyday here at DSRE. I’m thankful to the community for helping to support this drive and proud of our agents and staff for their continued dedication to those in need."

"Citrus staff is so appreciative of the supplies that will be put to good use for our classrooms,” said Kimberly Garcia, principal of Citrus Elementary.

Dale Sorensen Real Estate's donations have helped to alleviate some of the need for many of the students in Citrus Elementary and Fellsmere Elementary.DSRE is honored to be part of helping our local students get off to a good start for the 2018-2019 school year.
