Poluzzi transplanted from Poughkeepsie, New York after her retirement as a Dental Hygienist for the New York State Department of Corrections. Moving to Palm Bay in 2003 to be near family, Poluzzi became a licensed real estate agent in 2015.

Poluzzi loves Brevard County and specializes in both residential and commercial real estate in the Palm Bay, West Melbourne and Melbourne communities. Her enthusiasm is contagious as she loves showing off her new “hometown” to customers and educating them on the many amenities the area has to offer.

As a Realtor®, Poluzzi believes that professionalism and expertise are two of the most important characters for a sales agent. She works hard for her customers, whether helping them sell their home for the best price possible, or finally finding that dream home for her buyers.

Poluzzi believes that being involved in your community is also important. She is a Past President of the Italian American Club and is on the Board of Directors for her condo association. She enjoys walking, reading mysteries and historical books, vintage shops and spending time with family, friends and her beloved dog.
