Florida Realtor® Tammy Merren recently joined the sales team at Dale Sorensen Real Estate (DSRE) Brevard.

Merren has been a licensed real estate agent since 2016. She is a certified SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) and an REO Agent. Since then, she has exceeded her expectations and quickly became a Multi-Million Dollar seller. She has enjoyed helping her clients with many types of real estate needs and types of transactions including first time home buyers, seniors, upsizers, downsizers, flippers to short sales, investment realty and probate sales.

Prior to becoming a Realtor®, Merren focused on a career in business management with a specialty in bookkeeping. Throughout her career she has learned what it takes to be exceptional in customer service and problem solving, always with an attention to detail. With that successful experience, she easily became an Office Manager for a local Brevard County real estate office before becoming an agent.

Merren has lived in several states and types of communities, including the fast-paced Bay Area of California to small town living in Michigan, but she has found her forever home in Central Florida. While growing up in California, Merren was lucky enough to have an early start with making people’s home dreams come true while working with her dad at 12 years old to build houses on weekends. Even her children have entered the housing industry, and succeeded in their own construction businesses in Central Florida.

Merren calls the Space Coast home and currently lives beachside. She truly appreciates all the area has to offer including entertainment, historic space launches, an eclectic range of wildlife, micro-breweries and waterfront restaurants, and the ever-abundant water activities of boating, surfing and fishing. “Everyone has a dream of the lifestyle and amenities they want in life,” Merren says. “The Space Coast has it all and I always look forward to helping my clients make their dreams come true, which starts with finding their perfect home.”

The move to Florida was to be close to her children and five beautiful grandchildren. When not helping her clients realize their dreams, Merren loves to spend her time outdoors with her dogs and ever-growing garden.

While she knows the entire region very well, Merren specializes in the Cocoa Village area and beachside communities.
