Dale Sorensen Real Estate (DSRE) is pleased to welcome sales associate Gracie Martin to its team of real estate professionals. Born and raised in Vero Beach, Martin comes from a lineage of Vero Beach Realtors®. She will be joining her grandmother, Barbara Parent, and her aunt Marni Parent-Howder to serve Vero Beach with their combined 44+ years of experience. Parent has 42+ years of success as a Broker/Realtor® and Parent-Howard has a vast background in the residential lending market. Martin is joining to bring something new to the team.

As a recent graduate from the University of Central Florida, Martin was eager to return to what she calls her “piece of paradise.” Growing up in the Vero Beach real estate community, Martin has always had an interest in joining her family. She obtained her degree in Business Communications and minored in Mass Media, and now, as a third generation Realtor®, she is excited to put her young and energetic personality into a well-rounded team with her family.

Highly motivated, Martin is detail oriented, deadline driven and enthusiastic.  With a side passion of home design, she is able to help her clients envision the potential a home has.  Martin will focus on residential real estate throughout Vero Beach’s mainland and barrier island. 

Martin has always loved Vero Beach and what it has to offer. As one of the youngest sales associates at Dale Sorensen Real Estate, Martin is passionate about Vero Beach and wants others to see it through her eyes.

Before college, Martin graduated from Vero Beach High School where she was heavily involved in the lacrosse team, winning a State Championship ring in 2015. In college, Martin was an active member in her sorority, Delta Delta Delta and held leadership positions in her time there. Martin was drawn to Tri Delta due to their philanthropy efforts towards St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
