Sumner chose to be a licensed real estate sales agent with Dale Sorensen Real Estate (DSRE), in part, because the company models the same standard of excellence that he strives for.

As a 9-year veteran of the US Marines with four combat tours, Sumner takes pride in providing his customers with excellent customer service. While in the military, Sumner developed skills that transfer readily to real estate. He specializes in high stress environments, taking contract negotiations on calmly and confidently and excels at leadership, time management and organization. Sumner takes great satisfaction on mission accomplishment and taking care of people. He loves the challenge of researching the market for the right home for his buyers and the right buyer for his sellers. With a Bachelor degree in Business Administration and Management, Sumner understands contracts, insurance and financing. All these skills give Sumner’s customers an overwhelming sense of comfort and confidence while going through the real estate transaction process.

Sumner appreciates the level of support given to agents by the staff at DSRE. This allows him to focus on his buyers and sellers and take advantage of the advertising and marketing tools offered for the benefit of his customers.
