Licensed Florida sales agent Brewster was also an experienced highly successful and much sought after interior designer.  Now focusing entirely on real estate, her talents as a designer has been a large part of her success, much to the benefit of her customers, both buyers and sellers.

Previously licensed in New Jersey and Arizona, Brewster is an award-winning agent with an impeccable reputation.  Her love of architecture and design enables her to see the potential of any home and the ability to match her customers with their perfect home. Brewster also uses her design talent to help her sellers stage their home perfectly for the fastest sale at the highest price achievable.

Having been a designer for 30+ years, designing properties that have sold up to $20 million, Brewster believes it’s this particular talent that is most beneficial to her customers. Several years ago, when houses were typically on the market for 18-24 months, Brewster was able to list and sell a 7,000 square foot mountain top home, that she had designed, in just 72 days.  The impressive design and Janice’s knowledge about the home led to the quick sale.

Brewster is a true people person, and is proud of the fact that most of her customers are also now her friends.  She believes that listening to and taking care of people is most important as a realtor. Brewster is laser-focused on executing a smooth and seamless real estate experience for her customers; their happiness at the end of the transaction is her priority.

Brewster moved to Vero Beach, having visited the community for more than 35 years, and is in love with her “new hometown”.  She is passionate about Vero’s charm and small-town ambiance.  An avid outdoors fan, she loves being able to ride her bike around the beachside neighborhoods or enjoy swimming and paddleboarding at the area’s beautiful beaches.  An art, museum and theatre fan, Brewster enjoys Vero’s cultural amenities. 

Brewster specializes in luxury single family homes and condominiums.  Janice was awarded the Unstoppable Excellence Award in 2020.  She has earned the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing certificate and has an AAS Degree from the Parsons School of Design.
