Doerr is a licensed Florida real estate sales associate who was born and raised in Vero Beach.  Growing up in the community has given Doerr in depth knowledge of all things regarding Indian River and neighboring Brevard County.

Previously a Special Education Teacher, Doerr has easily transitioned those skills into her real estate career.  Methodical and well organized, Doerr is expert at setting goals and time lines for her customers, ensuring that no deadlines are missed.  Doerr is also proficient at multi-tasking, with the ability to manage many projects seamlessly, including preparing listings, marketing and advertising for her sellers, and handling negotiations, contracts and inspections for her buyers.  Doerr’s cheerful personality and friendly smile make her customers feel right at home when conducting business and navigating the real estate process. 

As a lifelong Vero Beach resident, Doerr knows the community intimately and helps her customers with everything from finding the right home and picking schools, to which parks and playgrounds are best for little ones.
