Fresolone’s background includes time spent in Public/Municipal Projects Procurement, giving her in-depth experience in contract negotiation, strategic planning, and analytics.  Fresolone believes this experience helps her to provide her real estate customers an edge when negotiating on their behalf.  During her career as a real estate sales agent, Fresolone was a new construction real estate associate and community/residential sales professional as well as a Construction/Renovation Consultant.  This experience allows her to guide her customers in determining whether a newly constructed home or a well-loved home needing some TLC is best suited for their lifestyle. 

Fresolone uses her strength in marketing, networking, and social media marketing to help market her sellers’ properties to the widest market possible.

The daughter of immigrants, Fresolone has traveled extensively throughout the United States and other countries.  These travels have given her a rich point of reference to draw from in any situation.  Her warm and charming personality puts her customers at ease immediately.  Fresolone believes her life’s purpose is to guide people in achieving their real estate goals.
