Hess became a Realtor® because of an attraction to the ability to serve clients and help them navigate through what can sometimes be a complicated process; serving others is ingrained in her. She understands that real estate is ever-changing and evolving. Oftentimes, there are daily and weekly market fluctuations, and she is constantly inspired to stay on top of those changes and adapt to help her clients navigate them. 

A Native New Yorker, Hess has lived In Florida since 1993, first landing in Brevard County, moving later to Sebastian and now calls Vero Beach her “new hometown”.  “I love the Saturday Morning Farmer’s Market along Ocean Drive! It is one of my favorite things to be around the people and shop for fresh produce and after a morning beach walk! I always enjoy getting together with friends for dinner at one of Vero’s amazing restaurants followed by fun times at a Comedy Show or Dueling Pianos! I absolutely love where I live and work and am always excited to show it off and talk about it.”
