Rochester grew up in Prestonsburg, KY. After college she moved to Danville, KY where she and her husband raised their family.  But after visiting her parents in Sebastian for several years, she and her husband took the plunge and moved to Vero Beach. “I fell in love with Vero Beach not only for the beauty and the year-round warm weather, but mainly for the active lifestyle… golf, tennis and pickleball for me, and ocean and bass fishing for my husband.  Did you know that one of the best bass lakes in the country is in our back yard, Headwaters Lake in Fellsmere?”

Rochester has been a real estate investor for more than twenty years, owning and managing long-term rentals and, most recently, Airbnb’s in Kentucky.  She knows how to appropriately value real estate, is expert at negotiating, and has great communication skills. She believes in excellence in every area, in everything she does and because of those beliefs, provides top-notch customer service to all her customers. 

She has a BBA from Eastern Kentucky University.  She is a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) and an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach.

Rochester specializes in active lifestyle and island communities throughout Indian River County.  A lifelong tennis player and avid golfer, Rochester has made it a mission to learn the best tennis and golf communities in the area.
