Diane Turton, Realtors hosted a four day Ninja Selling Installation Training conference for their agents and management team at Doolan’s Shore Club in Spring Lake Heights, NJ from October 3-6, 2016. John Brewer, Ninja Selling Instructor, moderated the four day training conference, leading attendees in training sessions focused on improving their selling skills and business profitability.

The Ninja Selling System is based on the philosophy of building relationships, listening to the customer and helping customers achieve their goals. The four day training event concluded with a graduation ceremony and recognition banquet hosted by Prospect Mortgage. Going forward, each Diane Turton, Realtors sales office will be implementing and monitoring the Ninja programs and practices to ensure continued success in the real estate market.
