Edmunds listed and sold nearly $10 million in real estate (more than $4.9 million listed and more than $4.8 million sold) in 2020, a fantastic feat in a year that was predicted to be underwhelming. Edmunds began his real estate career while working in another sales industry. But having grown up in the real estate industry, his mother was a broker in Washington, D.C. and his father a luxury homebuilder, he knew pretty quickly that this was going to be his full-time career. Now, just two years later, he working with developers on multi-million projects.
