Dale Sorensen Real Estate (DSRE) is pleased to announce that sales agent Jennifer Bailey has been named Rookie of the Year by the REALTORS® Association of Indian River County. Bailey was also installed as a director to the organization’s Board of Directors. She joins DSRE Managing Broker Jim Goldsmith who is beginning his second year on the Board. Each will serve on the Board for a term of two years.

“Jennifer is an extremely talented and knowledgeable Realtor®,” said Dale Sorensen, Jr., Managing Partner for DSRE. “She has worked for our company for almost ten years and has taken on various leadership roles and duties, learning how she can help agents and this company grow. She continues to manage our in-house technology, as well as programs for new sales agents. Congratulations to her and to Jim for being appointed to the Board for a second term.”

According to the RAIRC, The REALTORS® Association of Indian River County Rookie of the Year award was established in 1991 to give recognition to the achievements of an outstanding new REALTOR®. Nominees are required to be REALTORS® members in good standing for at least one year but not more than three, to have made contributions to the local, state and national Associations, and to have shown REALTORS® spirit in their efforts. The nominees are selected by a nominating committee and then voted on by their peers.

I’m constantly learning more about the real estate industry and I look forward to sharing my knowledge and experience with others just beginning in this field as well as helping to bring awareness of the organization.”

Bailey, who is also the company’s Innovation and Technology Manager, has been a licensed Realtor® for eight years. She has been named a member of the REALTORS® Honor Society in 2016 & 2017 recognizing her service, time and talent contributions to the Local, State and National REALTORS® organizations. has successfully completed the e-PRO® Certification Program and has been awarded the e-PRO® Certification, the official technology certification program offered by the National Association of REALTORS®.
