Elizabeth “Liz” Train joins Dale Sorensen Real Estate

Dale Sorensen Real Estate is pleased to announce that Elizabeth “Liz” Train has joined the company’s real estate team. Train will be based in the company’s Indian River County office at 1961 14th Avenue, Vero Beach.

Train grew up in New York where her mother was an antique dealer. Learning decorating and interior design from her mother, she also had an affinity for looking at homes and envisioning how they’d look with different furniture and accessories. Her former career in direct sales for more than 25 years, combined with being a former business owner and writer, give Train the negotiation, sales and marketing skills required to be successful in the real estate arena.

“I know how to close the deal, the most important part of selling anything, including real estate,” Train says. “I’m very excited about a career in real estate.” Her writing skills will also help when it comes to advertising and marketing her clients’ homes.

Her first experience with Vero Beach was when her father introduced her to the Ocean Grill. Although her husband, a captain on a fishing vessel, still spends significant time in Maine, Train, who loves baking, gardening, yoga and walking the beaches, enjoys being a fulltime resident of Vero. “I love the parks and beaches here, and spend as much time as possible outside. The restaurants and shops are wonderful and the residents are friendly and welcoming. It’s also a very peaceful and tranquil place to live. I can’t imagine living anywhere else.”

Train chose to join Dale Sorensen Real Estate after being referred by DSRE agent Christine Hughes. Her research showed DSRE’s level of professionalism and success rate to be unparalleled in the area. She also knew their reputation for training and continuing education for their agents would help lead her to success.

Train will specialize in residential real estate as a transaction agent, representing all of Indian River County.

Train can be reached on her cell phone at 772.475.6173, at her office at 772.492.5300 ext. 1862, by email at etrain@sorensenrealestate.com or at the company’s office located at 1961 14th Ave., in historic downtown Vero Beach, FL 32960.
