Sarah and Dominic Gothard have owned Mulino di Sopra for some eight years and have been splitting their time between the charming Italian property and Dubai, where their businesses are located. Although Summer holiday lettings have been providing an excellent income, they have now decided that it is time to move on from Tuscany, as Dominic’s business has necessitated relocating the family to Dubai permanently.

A wine tasting and tour of the acclaimed Banfi Vineyard, 20 minutes from the property, can also be arranged.

That will leave plenty of time to explore the captivating Tuscan countryside and the historic city of Siena, which is some 40 minutes drive from the property.

Perhaps most important of all, the visitors will have the opportunity to return to the property for a second or even a third viewing for, with a property such as this, it is impossible to take in all its endearing qualities from just one inspection.
