The Luxury Real Estate Agency Also Released Innovative Technology With a Virtual Town Hall On January 26
Harry Norman, REALTORS®, the first luxury real estate firm in Atlanta, announced awards today for its top performing agents in the categories of top volume closed and rookies of the year. These agents showed exceptional commitment throughout the hardships of 2020 and rose to the challenge to prove Harry Norman service is parallel to none.
Although Harry Norman agents as a whole outperform the market averages, a handful of agents were recognized for exceptional performances at a companywide level. Details and recipients of the awards are listed below:
• The Hester Group of the East Cobb Office for #1 Overall and #1 Mega Team in volume closed companywide.
• Erin Yabroudy & Associates of the Buckhead Office for #1 Large Team in volume closed companywide.
• Kim Parmenter Team of the Atlanta North Office for #1 Small Team in volume closed companywide.
• Evelyn Heald of the Luxury Lake & Mountain Office for #1 Individual GA in volume closed companywide.
• Mary Stuart Iverson of the Buckhead Office for #1 Individual Metro in volume closed companywide.
• Skylar Brillante of the Intown Office for companywide rookie of the year.
• Holly Young of the Buckhead Office for companywide rookie of the year.
“The start of 2021 fills me with hope and gratitude for all we’ve accomplished and all that’s to come,” says President and CEO Jenni Bonura. “Harry Norman REALTORS® rose to the challenges of the past year, performed spectacularly, and showed that we can do just about anything. I’m in constant awe of these top-performing agents – their dedication, professionalism, generosity and level of service are what makes me proud to say they’re with Harry Norman REALTORS.”
These exciting awards come on the heels of Harry Norman’s first-ever virtual Town Hall which took place last week. The event consisted of 600 virtual attendees and honored successes despite COVID-19, as well as a discussion of what’s to come in 2021 with Bonura and Marketing and Communications Director, Luke Trigwell. A comprehensive look back at 2020 was shown and included the obstacles Harry Norman overcame, growth examples, community support activations, agent learning opportunities, and internal initiatives for connection and market updates such as HN Insider and the weekly Real Estate Buzz.
Bonura also focused on how the team didn’t just have a great year because demand was up, but because they adapted well to change and embraced resources available to Harry Norman agents. She also looked ahead in 2021, gave specific goals for the company and announced the new initiative “Harry Norman Success Circle.” In addition, Trigwell shared details on new marketing initiatives for 2021, including a partnership with RoofAI to accelerate lead generation efforts, a new chat function on Harry Norman’s website for real-time elevated customer service, an opportunity with Adwerx for automated digital advertising for all agents, brand marketing campaigns, and exclusive luxury events throughout the year. The Town Hall concluded with a message from the President of the Community Foundation of Greater Atlanta, Frank Fernandez. A full recording of the Town Hall is available here.
“As Harry Norman’s Marketing and Communication Director, I was thrilled to participate in our first-ever virtual Town Hall,” says Trigwell. “Although we miss meeting in person, this was a wonderful example of how we can pivot and still connect. We’re also excited about the new tools and resources that are rolling out in 2021 to make this year even more exceptional and successful than last.”
