This week Harry Norman REALTORS® launched Ava (Automated Virtual Assistant), an advanced consumer chatbot, on its website. With this new technology, Harry Norman will be adding a set of advanced AI capabilities around its home-buying and selling journey to provide every client the personalized digital experience they deserve. Being the original residential real estate firm in Atlanta, Harry Norman continuously evolves to meet the ever-changing customer expectations, especially in today’s digital world.
