Jay Zhu recently joined Zephyr Real Estate’s prominent Upper Market Office team. He specializes in both residential and commercial real estate in San Francisco, the Peninsula and the South Bay. His broad background includes single-family homes, condominiums, multi-family units, apartment buildings and commercial properties.

Zhu’s background includes working as a portfolio manager for a privately-owned investment company for over 10 years. He spent several years with Coldwell Banker and Mason-McDuffie. He has also owned his own real estate company. He brings a strong and distinguished work ethic and provides care and integrity in every transaction.

Born in Shanghai, China, he is fluent in Mandarin, Shanghainese and Cantonese. He is an active member of the Chinese Real Estate Association of America and is a designated SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) and SRS (Seller Representative Specialist).
