Dale Sorensen Real Estate is pleased to announce that Jessica Shaver has joined the company’s real estate team. Shaver will be based in the company’s Brevard County office at 3165 Suntree Blvd #102 in Rockledge.

Jessica Shaver is a native Floridian, born and raised in Arcadia, a small town in DeSoto County, but she has called Central Florida home for the last ten years, recently making a move to Brevard’s beautiful beach side community!

Shaver’s exposure to property management from her family’s business, as well as the hospitality industry during her college years at the University of Central Florida provided invaluable experience working with people. After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing, she worked in the wedding industry in sales and event planning, all which set her up for a successful career in real estate. Shaver’s skills in organization, time management and attention to detail are valuable in the real estate industry. And her background in marketing and sales enables her to list and market her client’s properties expertly and professionally.

Shaver joined the real estate industry in 2017 and immediately became a multi-million-dollar producer her first year. She joined Dale Sorensen Real Estate in mid-2018 because she was impressed with the company’s professionalism and global reach while remaining a locally rooted brand with the “family” feel. Besides her real estate license, Shaver received the Gold Key Professionalism Certification. Her focus is first time home buyers, out of state relocators and new construction in Brevard County.

Shaver’s love for her new hometown is evident. Brevard County has always been on her radar, with its small-town feeling she grew up knowing plus the addition of its beautiful beaches, endless family owned restaurants and shops and new growth happening every day.

When she’s not working Shaver enjoys anything involving water, traveling abroad, making new friends, drinking good craft beer and spending time with family, friends and her fur-baby, Jax. She also volunteers with an organization that is near and dear to her heart, the Guardian ad Litem program, as a child advocate.

Shaver wants to be a resource, to go above and beyond, for her clients, ensuring their experience of buying and/or selling their home is enjoyable and stress free.
