Dale Sorensen Real Estate has announced that real estate broker Joe Janson was recently named Brevard County Sales Manager.

Janson is ready to help the company grow their market and team in Brevard County. “I’m excited to take on this new challenge,” Janson said. “I’ve wanted to be involved in the management side of DSRE since we joined the company. While I’ll still be involved in real estate sales, my main focus will be recruiting new agents who want to be a part of a new style of real estate firm, one of dedicated training aimed at helping agents be successful. Our sales agents don’t have to wear 10 hats; we offer administrative, marketing and technical assistants so that our agents can be focused on their customers and listings.”

Janson, along with Kathy Bowser, started in Real Estate in Brevard County in 2010 working at the same brokerage. They became good friends and business associates and eventually made the decision to work together in an effort to provide a higher level of service, availability and professionalism. Known for their integrity, industry knowledge, and sound advice, they joined Dale Sorensen Real Estate, where they formed the Central Florida Home Advisors team specializing in representing unique properties and luxury waterfront homes. Kathy and Joe are multi-million dollar listing and sales agents. They bring a thorough knowledge of residential real estate marketing to the table.
