Lila Delman Real Estate announced the sale Friday of 31 Ridge Road  in Newport for $8,500,000.  The property sold for $550,000 more than the original list price and was under contract in six days.  Lila Delman Real Estate was both the listing and the selling company. President Melanie Delman and Broker Associate Robin Nicholson represented the seller; Sales Associate Kate Leonard represented the buyer.
