Rhode Island Real Estate announces second largest sale in five months

Lila Delman Real Estate International, the source for luxury real estate, is pleased to announce the sale of 11 Ocean Lawn, Newport, Rhode Island, sold at $2,790,000. This is the second highest sale in Newport in the past five months according to the Rhode Island Statewide Multiple Listing Service. Lila Delman Real Estate International associate Elena Wilcox was the listing associate and buyer facilitator.
