Located within walking distance of the ferry, the new location offers a front street location allowing for maximum visibility of current listings.

Lila Delman Real Estate opened an office on Block Island in May 2010 with two agents, Kaylan McAleer Transue and Donald Huggins .  Since then the office has grown to a total of six agents, including Rosemary Tobin, Leone Leone , Lauren Geraghty and Kathleen Mulshine-Saxon .  The Block Island office has greatly increased their listing inventory in the last two years, making it one of the most active offices on the island.  According to Statewide Multiple Listing Service Rosemary Tobin participated in the highest sale on Block Island in the past 6 months.
