This was followed by the sale of 419 West Beach Road, which sold for $3,950,000, marking the second-highest sale in Charlestown for 2017. Lori represented the seller in both transactions.
Additionally, Lori led the Weekapaug market with the sale of the iconic “Beacon” at 92 Noyes Neck Road and adjacent land for $6,500,000. In this transaction, she represented the seller and facilitated for the buyer.
