Smith & Associates Real Estate rolls out a major expansion adding two new office locations in Westchase and Treasure Island
Smith & Associates Real Estate is excited to announce the opening of two new office locations in Westchase and Treasure Island. After almost fifty years in business as an independently owned and operated company in Tampa, Smith & Associates Real Estate is continuing to grow as the Tampa Bay region grows. The company has already successfully expanded into Pinellas County - with offices on Beach Drive and Fourth Street, and in Largo.
“Westchase and Treasure Island are growing communities and add compatibility to the clients we serve. By adding select professionals to our team and expanding our locations, we are able to provide the luxury experience that has been our specialty to a growing reach of customers” said Bob Glaser, President, and CEO of Smith & Associates Real Estate.
Through its meticulous organic community growth, Smith & Associates Real Estate is set to have another record breaking year this year – surpassing 2016’s record of $1.2 billion in real estate transaction sales.
Their fifth office opened this week in the Westchase community, an area of Hillsborough County that is experiencing significant residential and commercial growth. Glaser sees opportunity in western Hillsborough County, with the steady rise in the average home price ranges, the maturing of communities with extra amenities, excellent schools, and an abundance of retail and public spaces.
“Opening new offices is part of the company's growth strategy on what we see the future needs of both existing home sales and new development opportunities. We believe opportunities exist not only in Westchase proper but also north to Odessa and the surrounding communities,” said Glaser. The Westchase office was formerly a Coldwell Banker office. The Wood Team, led by Doug and Nancy Wood, will join the Smith & Associates Realtors who are actively involved in the Westchase market.
The Treasure Island office is currently under renovation and is slated to open later this year. “Treasure Island, with miles of white, sandy beaches on the Gulf of Mexico, is a perfect location to serve both locals and snowbirds looking for their own piece of paradise,” added Glaser.
