Property Represents Highest Priced Sale In Country Club Shores In Five Years.

Another Sarasota County neighborhood notched its highest priced luxury home sale in five years when the property at 596 Outrigger Lane—in Country Club Shores—sold this week for $3.8 million. 

Listed by Maureen Horn, of Mayfair International Realty members, Michael Saunders & Company, the custom-built, five bedroom, bay front home in the Longboat Key neighborhood was only on the market for 74 days before being bound to contract.  It officially closed after just 119 days on the market, becoming the sixth highest sale of 2013 in the combined Sarasota, Manatee and Charlotte Counties market area.  Brad Tritschler, of Premier Sotheby’s represented the buyer.

Thus far this year, 11 properties over $3 million have been sold in the three-county region.  Agents from Michael Saunders & Company listed seven of them; and brought the buyers for five.
