$11 MILLION IN LUXURY REAL ESTATE SOLD IN OCTOBER

The luxury home market has seen high demand in coastal Rhode Island. Lila Delman Real Estate International continues its record of selling Rhode Island’s most unique homes with the sale 210 Willett Road in Narragansett. The home sold at US $4,750,000 in an astonishing four days on the market. This sale marks the second highest of the year in Narragansett and highest on record in the village of Saunderstown according to data from the Rhode Island Statewide Multiple Listing Service. Lila Delman’s Principal Broker John Hodnett represented the sellers in the transaction while Ruth Bellino, also of Lila Delman represented the buyers. The home offers over 10 private waterfront acres with incredible spaces indoors and out.

The firm notably brokered the sale of 131 Boston Neck Road, a beachfront residence on just under 2 acres which sold for US $6,075,000. The sale took place at the beginning of the month marking the highest sale in Narragansett this year and second highest in Narragansett history. Between these two sales, Lila Delman Real Estate International has brokered about $11,000,000 in Narragansett luxury real estate this month alone.
