Charlie Willits Joins the Agent Services Leadership Team
Michael Saunders & Company is pleased to welcome Charles (Charlie) Willits as its new Director of Information Technology. In his new role, Charlie directs every aspect of the company's Information Technology department, supporting 24 branch offices, over 650 agents and nearly 200 staff members. His team includes eight highly specialized, locally-based individuals focused on helpdesk and desktop support, application development, network infrastructure and managing vendor relationships with technology partners.

Charlie brings 25 years’ experience in real estate and technology. Most recently, he was Director of IT at Watson Realty Corp. in Jacksonville, FL. Prior to that, Charlie spent over two decades with the Naples Area Board of Realtors® and MLS of Naples, where he served as Chief Information Officer. Charlie has achieved various technology and real estate designations, including e-Pro, Certified Multiple Listing Executive (CMLX), Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and Google Analytics Individual Qualification. He has a BA in Political Science from Stetson University in Central Florida. In his spare time, Charlie enjoys scuba diving, martial arts, traveling, playing the piano, and practicing his Portuguese.
Charlie will round out the experienced agent services leadership team consisting of marketing, business development, accounting, rental and property management, and the appointment call center.
