With its expanded rental program now fully operational, the company now leases and manages residential properties from its offices in Sarasota, Bradenton, Longboat Key, Siesta Key, Lakewood Ranch, Palmer Ranch, Venice and Englewood; as well as its newer offices on Boca Grande and at IMG Academies in Bradenton. Additionally, the company has just opened a dedicated sales and leasing office at Heritage Oaks Country Club, east of Sarasota, where it will be responsible for all rentals in the gated, country club community; as well as on the resort island of Palm Island, near Englewood.
