There was a “New Year” kind of vibe as the Virginia Cook Leadership team met January 8! Now in their 16th year in business, it’s especially exciting to prepare for a truly “sweet” 2016.

The New Year brought a new addition to an already fantastic leadership team as we welcomed Denaige Pizzutello as Senior Vice President/Director of Professional Development. She is already implementing new training opportunities for associates at every stage of their careers from newcomer to top producing industry veteran.

The Marketing and IT teams are equally busy supporting our associates with their unrivaled smart creativity. We are LOVING the new designs for our 2016 marketing pieces, and now company listings are appearing on more syndicated home search sites around the world than ever before.

Speaking of global, we opened an office in London in December to gain a gateway to the strong demand for U.S. properties by UK and European buyers. This is on top of the global presence we already had as a member of the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World. A full contingency of executives and sale associates from our company will head to the global conference in Miami next month to extend our networking and sharing of ideas with top brokers from more than 50 countries around the world.

And finally, our entire company will gather January 29 at the Dallas Arboretum to celebrate success as we announce and honor the Top Performers in our company in 2015."
