New York Rangers Center Snags $4.1M Tribeca Condo

Derick Brassard has been a New York Ranger since 2013, and now, the Canadian hockey star is putting down roots in New York City. The Real Deal reports that the NYR center recently closed a deal on a sixth-floor apartment at One York in Tribeca; the apartment, listed with Mayfair International Realty members Halstead Property, which sold for $4.1 million, is a two-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath condo with a private balcony. The "only one of its kind" space also includes a chef's kitchen, 14-foot ceilings, heated floors in the bathroom, and views of the Empire State Building. Other amenities in the building, which the brokerbabble describes as a "full-service white glove condominium," include a sun deck, fitness center, and heated outdoor pool. Plus, it's just a short walk if he wants to bro down at former Ranger Sean Avery's sports bar Warren 77.
