The 3,453-square-foot building is a seven-unit vacation rental property on the west side of Gulf Blvd. All units are one-bedroom apartments, with full kitchens and bathrooms rented nightly, weekly, and monthly. The Buyer is BJT Rentals, LLC an Iowa based group with several other Pinellas County beach rental properties, and was purchased as an investment.

Chris Calhoon was a transaction broker working with the Seller to facilitate the deal. This is the second time Smith & Associates has been involved in the transaction of this property in the last three years. Patrick Calhoon, a commercial broker with Smith & Associates Real Estate & Chris's father, represented the Seller of the property back in 2020.

The sale price was $2,105,000.
