SLIFER SMITH & FRAMPTON GROWING AND EXPANDING ITS TEAM

The Colorado-based boutique firm adds 13 new staff and enhances employee benefit package

Slifer Smith & Frampton is proud to announce it has recently expanded its team of support staff across its three mountain regions with 11 new full-time and part-time Office Marketing Coordinators and interns in Eagle County, as well as one in Summit County and one in the Roaring Fork Valley. In conjunction with its recent growth, SSF announced a newly updated and enhanced SSF employee benefits package.

The new staff members will be responsible for assisting brokers and collaborating with the marketing team to ensure brokers are fully supported. “While some real estate firms are finding it necessary to trim staff, we feel very fortunate that SSF is in a position to be growing,” says Jill Dorr, Vice President of Operations. “We know it’s critical to give our brokers the support they need to do what they do best – help clients buy and sell real estate.”

SSF is always exploring ways to enhance employee benefits as part of its family-oriented company ethos. In that spirit, the new benefits package includes increasing paid time off, adding additional paid holidays, a personal residence commission benefit, a new licensing bonus, higher starting pay/increased wages and more. “Much of this was driven by listening to our employees’ feedback through a recent employee engagement survey, as well as our commitment to making SSF the best place to work and grow a career,” Dorr says. “Many SSF brokers started in staff roles and we’re confident that retaining and growing our employees will help ensure SSF continues it’s great legacy for the next 60 years.”

SSF employees who have been with the company for 12 months or more will now receive increased paid time off with an additional 5.5 to 10 days off. Paid holidays now include nine paid holidays per year with additional days around Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Eve. Employees will also now be offered a Real Estate Licensing Bonus, with a $1,000 bonus to help cover the costs of the Colorado Real Estate licensing course and license activation.

The success of SSF would not be possible without our amazing support team, and we are proud to be able to offer these enhanced benefits,” Dorr says.

The enhanced plan was unveiled at a Support Team SUMMIT at The Slifer House in Avon last month that included more than 50 team members from Denver, Summit County, Vail Valley and Roaring Fork Valley. “It was incredible to have employees from all departments and locations across the company come together for a day of learning, fun, recognition and team bonding,” said Dorr. “So many connections were made, and the SSF culture of togetherness and comradery was alive and well.”
