Slifer Smith & Frampton Real Estate (SSF) is thrilled to announce Billy Iverson as the new Branch Broker for SFF’s Arrowhead office location. His focus will be to lead the top-tier team of brokers, specializing in luxury real estate sales throughout the Vail Valley with guidance and advice.
“We are honored to have Billy as the new Branch Broker for SSF’s Arrowhead office. He is a leader and true professional, and his skillset, demeanor, and style to coach brokers through the nuances of luxury real estate sales will make Billy an incredible asset to the team,” says Matt Fitzgerald, SSF Market President for Eagle County.
Iverson is a natural fit for the leadership role after a lifetime spent in real estate in the Vail Valley. His mother, Kathy Iverson, began her real estate career in the Vail Valley in 1987 when Billy was just 3-years-old. “I have lived and bled Slifer gold my whole life and am thrilled to contribute at a higher level while helping the Arrowhead office continue to be a force in the Slifer Smith & Frampton network,” Iverson says. “I feel like this is a once in a career opportunity and am fully committed to going above and beyond to ensure we exceed our client’s expectations.”
Iverson has a wide breadth of experience he brings to his new role. After earning his Bachelors Degree in Environmental Design/Architecture from the University of Colorado in 2006 and a Masters Degree in Real Estate & Construction Management from the University of Denver in 2009, Iverson went on to become a Market Analyst for a small investment group targeting foreclosures through the Public Trustee in Front Range markets. He gained valuable experience in fast paced value analysis as well as leading practices and procedures.
In 2010 he went on to become the Director of Sales and Marketing at Hermes Group and Resort Concepts where he oversaw coordination of preconstruction processes for custom home builds including, architecture, engineering and Design Review Committee approvals. He gained extensive experience with the entitlement and zoning process in Eagle County, PUD regulations, financial modeling for new developments and developer sales processes. He became the Managing Broker and creator/director of Resort Concepts Real Estate brokerage from 2016 – 2020.
Today, Iverson, his mother Kathy, and his brother Matt form The Iverson Team at SSF, selling luxury real estate in the Vail Valley and beyond. They’ve been recognized locally and nationally as a top performing team with more than $2.5 billion in sales. “We get along very well. We each have our specialties that play off each other and help us make a better team,” he says. “It’s also great working for a firm like SSF that has an incredible support system, tools, and resources for their brokers and staff.”
The team saw their best year yet in 2020 with more than $260 million in sales. “While my role as a broker and member of The Iverson Team is still my main priority, this new position allows me to collaborate with SSF at a higher level, and together we’ll help ensure the firm remains relevant in a continuously changing industry” Iverson says. “The next generation of real estate buyers will demand unique services, high-level technology, and the ability to relate to their broker representatives with a new viewpoint and unique set of values. I believe my experiences and perspective will be a major asset for Slifer Smith & Frampton going forward.”
