As the Buchanan Portfolio Group founder, Nicholas provided clients with the utmost customer service and has a keen understanding of real estate market trends. He has lived in Tampa for over 15 years, graduating from the University of South Florida before embarking on his successful real estate career. Active in the community, Nicholas serves on the TGH-Tampa General Hospital Gala committee, is involved in LGBTQ+ Community outreach programs, active in the Tampa Club, and has chaired on multiple foundations. She is committed to the community and has served two consecutive terms as Chairman of the Board for the South Tampa Chamber of Commerce, former president of LAMPLighters of Tampa Bay, membership chair for FRIENDS of the Tampa Museum of Art, Volunteer Coordinator for Metropolitan Ministries homebound food delivery program at the beginning of the Pandemic and served as a past board member and Meals on Wheels volunteer.
 
Thomas Murphy: Thomas Murphy is a service industry pro who holds honesty as his number one value. Murphy is relationship-focused and strives to provide a real estate service to his clients that utilize his established network of vendors, education, and understanding of the complexities of neighborhoods and surrounding areas. Raised in a small town in Illinois, Murphy has always made community outreach a priority. He was the youngest volunteer in his town's restoration of its historic theatre and has continued a volunteer service path since then. He actively volunteers with Feeding Tampa Bay and serves as the chair for the Central Park Community Advisory Committee.
