Chase International hosted a prestigious tour of Lake Tahoe’s most exquisite homes on its annual Lakefront Estates Tour, which took place last week. The exclusive event attracted over 400 attendees.
Homes on the tour included Twin Pines, an historic estate with a home designed by the renowned Julia Morgan. Morgan was a forerunner in her male-dominated field of architects in the 1920s and also designed several William Randolph Hearst estates including the Hearst Castle. Other notable homes on the tour included the Sierra Star compound in Incline Village, the Tallac House on Fallen Leaf Lake which was featured in The Bodyguard and City of Angels and a West Shore jewel where The Godfather Part II was filmed. Many other gorgeous, multi-million dollar lakefront homes were also part of the event.
According to Shari Chase, founder and CEO of Chase International, her company’s annual estates tour provides invaluable exposure for clients selling their homes, often aiding in the sale of some properties featured on the tour. New this year, Chase produced a handsome bound book highlighting their company’s most stellar offerings, which each attendee received.
