Vice Mayor and City Commissioner Joins Smith & Associates Real Estate

Smith & Associates Real Estate announced and welcomed Melinda Pletcher as a new Realtor to their team of associates.

Pletcher brings over 25 years of experience in community leadership roles and Real Estate services into her client-centric approach to helping people find and sell their homes. Having served the City of St. Pete Beach as Commissioner for three terms and holding her second term in office as the Vice Mayor, Pletcher astutely understands St. Pete and the beaches.

For six years, she represented the City of St Pete Beach as Chairman of the Historic Preservation Board. Her community involvement stretches over a wide range of organizations that includes Shorecrest Preparatory, Admiral Farragut Academy, Junior League, Pi Beta Phi Alumnae Club and Pass A Grille Community Church, among others.
