The Kolter Group Opens New Sales Gallery For  VUE Sarasota Bay, Sarasota’s Spectacular  New Bayfront Condominium

The Tower Will Be Ready For Late 2016 Occupancy

As yet another sign of the recovered strength of Sarasota’s  real estate market, The Kolter Group has announced the official opening of the sales gallery for VUE Sarasota Bay,  the new 18-story luxury condominium tower that will occupy the corner of Gulfstream Blvd. and US 41.  Interested buyers are encouraged to make an appointment to visit the new sales gallery, which is located at 100 South Washington Street—at the corner of Washington Boulevard— in downtown Sarasota.  Daily hours are Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.; and Sunday from noon until 5.  The New Homes & Condominiums Division of Michael Saunders & Company is leading the sale’s effort.

VUE Sarasota Bay is the first new luxury condominium to commence pre-construction sales this year.   Unlike most new condominiums, however, the VUE will break ground in May; and begin construction without the necessity of having to first secure advanced sales, a process that often prohibits developers from the timely fulfillment of buyer reservations.
